Jueves 25.
La cena del jueves, tras la visita al casco antiguo y la caminata por el paseo marítimo, tendrá lugar en la Cervecería O Meigallo.

Viernes 26.
El almuerzo del viernes tendrá lugar en el restaurante O Sampaio Matogrande, hasta donde nos desplazaremos a pie desde el pabellón. Es un paseo de unos diez/quince minutos.
El menú del día cuesta 13'50€.

La cena del viernes tendrá lugar en la Raxaría As Neves. Cuesta 19.90€ por persona y puede elegirse entre menú normal y vegetariano, inclyendo ambos café y chupito.

Sábado 27.
El almuerzo del sábado será libre. Es decir, no hay nada programado por la organización. En las cercanías del Pabellón del Barrio de las Flores hay diversas cafeterías, restaurantes, pizzerías, kebabs, etc.

La cena del sábado tendrá lugar, como es tradición, en la Parrillada Rodicio. Los participantes del evento podrán reponer las energías gastadas durante los días anteriores con una auténtica apoteosis de vino y carne, y también hay opción de menú vegetariano.

Domingo 28.
Como también es tradición, después de la conferencia y la exhibición de rigor, a modo de cierre del evento los participantes podrán disfrutar unos pinchos en el Castillo de San Antón, incluyendo comida y bebida.
Se recomienda traer sombrero y/o crema solar. ¡El sol galaico puede ser traicionero!

Thursday the 25th.
Dinner on Thursday, after visiting the old town and strolling through the seafront, will take place at the Cervecería O Meigallo.
Friday the 26th.

Lunch on Friday will take place at the O Sampaio Matogrande restaurant, a 10/15-minute walk from the sport facilities.
Menu costs 13'50€.

Dinner on Friday will take place at the Raxaría As Neves, with a cost of 19.90€ per attendant. You can choose between a normal and a vegetarian menu, both including coffee and shooter.

Saturday the 27th.
Lunch on Saturday will be free. Meaning there is nothing programmed by the organization. In the surroundings of the Polideportivo del Barrio de las Flores there are several cafeterias, restaurants, kebabs, etc.

Dinner on Saturday will take place, as it is tradition, in the Parrillada Rodicio. Participants of the event will be able to replenish their energies with a true apotheosis of meat and wine. There is also a vegetarian menu option.

Sunday the 28th.
As it is also tradition, after the conference and exhibition, as a bookend participants will be able to enjoy some pinchos in the Castillo de San Antón, including food and drinks.
Headgear and/or sunscrean recommended. The galician sun can be a treacherous one!
